outlook 2010 is included in every exite carefree desktop, for which "carefree email" is the first and foremost perfect companion.  however, should you opt for the stand-alone version, all you need to do is make some one-time settings in outlook on your computers.  this will only take minutes.  we will provide you with clear guidelines.  if desired we can carry this out for you.

moreover, at all times you can access your mailbox with email, agenda, notes and contacts from any pc or laptop over the internet, through "outlook web access".
